EKL9-40AFD is a 1P+N (N-pole switchable/switchable) arc fault detection device with integrated RCBO, a breaking capacity of 6 kA, a rated current of up to 40 A and a sensitivity of 300 mA.

The EKL9-40AFD is a 1P+N (pole N) switch that can be configured as an ON/OFF arc fault detection device with an integrated RCBO with a 6 kA breaking capacity, a rated current of up to 40 A, and a sensitivity of 300 mA. It features an LED arc fault indicator (in standard operation (switch in ON position), the LED lights up green. In OFF position or in the event of a fault, the LED lights up red). A gray test button is used to check the correct operation of the residual current device. At just 36 mm wide, they offer protection against arc faults, overloads, short circuits, and earth fault currents.
